Service Guarantee

All professional products are guaranteed and can be exhanged within 14 days of purchase if not satisfied. Services will be guaranteed within one week of service if guest is experiencing difficulties and is using our products/services exclusively. No Cash Refunds.

Appointments

We are happy to reserve your appointment time and recommend pre-booking due to increased client volume. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call to re-schedule or you will be considered a "no-show". This may require you to pre-pay for future appointments or receive service as a walk-in only, at discretion of management.

Child Policy

We welcome children, although for the safety of your children and the comfort of our other guests, please make arrangements for child care if your child is sick or you are recieving an extended appointment.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates can be purchased for any amount and make wonderful gifts. There is a 6 month expiration from date of purchase. They are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
